At Levy Financial we are proud to put client satisfaction as our top priority. However, we do acknowledge that due to the complex nature of financial products there may be issues which arise from time to time.
Complaints are infrequent, but when they occur we take them very seriously. If you would like to complain about any advice given by Protection UK you can do so via post, email or telephone.
If a complaint is received we have a set process which is followed, a copy of this procedure is available on request.
